Signant 25 victoires, ce qui fait de lui au moment de sa mort le recordman du nombre de succ\u00e8s en Formule 1, et 33 pole positions en seulement 72 participations en Grand Prix, il remporte deux titres de champion du monde en 1963 et 1965. Outre ses titres en Formule 1, il remporte les 500 miles d&#8217;Indianapolis en 1965. Pour ces deux titres, il obtient \u00e9galement le Grand Prix de l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie des sports la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le style de conduite de Jim Clark, tout en douceur, devenu sa marque de fabrique et signe d&#8217;une grande habilet\u00e9 au volant, lui permettait d&#8217;encha\u00eener naturellement virages et trajectoires avec la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 d&#8217;un m\u00e9tronome, tout en allant tr\u00e8s vite. Ce style contribuera \u00e0 b\u00e2tir la l\u00e9gende du pilote \u00e9cossais, qui \u00e9crivit l&#8217;une des plus belles pages du sport automobile
